Aerial photographs as a source of maps.

Here is a photo I found on-line and massaged into shape. It is hard to find them in high enough resolution or at an appropriate scale but it seems it can be a usable source for maps. What think the rest of you?

This would be the link that wasn't in the post
As long as you are allowed to re-distribute the images, no problem. But I'll need proof that this is allowed, or else I'll have to delete them.

Fair enough, I'll ask them for confirmation
I have replaced the image with another one. This one has been cobbled together from Google earth which anyone can do.

It's not a question of whether anyone can do it, but whether Google allows for re-use of captured images, free distribution. They pay for the sat images, so they may not care for it. Need to know for sure.
